Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS from Wayzata, Minnesota. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. Delivery times depend on your location, but typically take 3–7 business days within the United States.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns
Because our products are stickers, bookmarks, and similar printed goods, we do not accept physical returns. Once a sticker has been shipped, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Refunds & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason—whether it arrived damaged, wasn’t what you expected, or there was any other issue—simply email us at arun@netrii.com with your order details and a brief description of the problem.
We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement—whichever you prefer. No need to ship anything back.
